How to do a bulk top-up

Process

  1. 1Contact D-⁠Money by phone, by email or at our head office for information and access to the service.
  2. 2Email a signed and stamped Excel file listing the phone numbers, the beneficiaries’ names and the amount to top up for each number.
  3. 3D-⁠Money processes the information and carries out the top-ups.
  4. 4Once payment is made, D-⁠Money confirms receipt and processing of the top-ups.
