How to make a bulk transfer

Process

  1. 1Contact D-⁠Money by phone, by email or at our head office for information and access to the service.
  2. 2Email a signed and stamped Excel file with the beneficiaries’ names, their phone numbers and the amounts allocated.
  3. 3D-⁠Money processes the information and carries out the transfers.
  4. 4Pay the amount, prepaid or postpaid, by cheque or bank transfer.
  5. 5Once payment is made, D-⁠Money confirms receipt and processing of the bulk transfer.
