Withdraw money from your D-⁠Money account securely at Djibouti Telecom branches, with our approved agents and our distributors, all over the country.

It’s convenient and safe: your money is available at any time, from the D-⁠Money app or by USSD.

Before you withdraw

  • Bring a valid ID.
  • Nobody else can withdraw for you: your PIN is personal.
  • Tell the agent the amount first, to make sure they have it available.

How to withdraw money at an agent

  1. 1Tell the agent the amount to withdraw.
  2. 2Dial *111#.
  3. 3Choose “Retrait d’argent”.
  4. 4Select “1. Initier le retrait”.
  5. 5Choose the account to debit: main or sub-account.
  6. 6Enter the agent’s number.
  7. 7Enter the amount.
  8. 8Approve the transaction with your PIN.

Someone without a D-⁠Money account can also collect money sent to them: they receive a withdrawal code by SMS and show it to a D-⁠Money agent.

After the withdrawal

  • Withdrawals are free.
  • You receive a confirmation SMS with the amount withdrawn, the agent’s ID number and your account balance.
  • The agent also receives a confirmation SMS with the transaction details.
